• Drive revenue through new member enrollment while retaining existing members via strategic stewardship 

• Execute the design, writing and implementation of all membership campaigns, events, print and digital media assets

• Curate annual member exhibition, monthly member spotlights and develop external opportunities for members

• Implement direct outreach to neighborhood businesses, schools and arts organizations to broaden institutional base

• Deliver excellent customer service to all guests, ensure galleries are  in pristine condition, update signage and lighting

• Encourage visitors to become more engaged through membership, special events and fine art services

The "Universal Joy" project captures the essence of four indigenous Black Philadelphian children at play. Using four living, indigenous Black Philadelphian children as live models, these sculptures aim to represent the universal spirit of joy, transcending cultural boundaries and celebrating the boundless energy of childhood.

THE COLORED GIRLS MUSEUM

• Researched, designed and constructed tactile museum guides for school aged children, along with accompanying curriculum

• Piloted use of the guides and curricula with small groups of summer camp participants from across the region

• Conceptualized and fabricated gallery signage for upcoming national exhibition
